KoboToolbox is the world's leading open-source platform for field data collection — used by NGOs, researchers and health programs everywhere. We install and configure it on your own server as a one-time setup, with optional ongoing support.
KoboToolbox is a free, open-source (AGPL-licensed) suite of tools for field data collection, built and maintained by Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and partners. It's used by thousands of NGOs, researchers, UN agencies and public health programs around the world to design surveys, collect data offline via the KoboCollect mobile app, and manage submissions from a central server. Because it's self-hosted, your organization owns and controls its data completely.

Ongoing software updates and security patches, and technical support/troubleshooting if you run into issues after setup. It's entirely optional — you only need it if you want us to keep maintaining the instance.
