Do I need to buy any hardware?
No hardware required to start. Use mobile softphone (iOS/Android), web softphone, or your laptop with a USB headset. If you prefer desk phones (Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco), we can supply and pre-provision them — fully optional.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes — number porting supported for both Bangladeshi (BTRC ICX numbers, geographic numbers) and international (DID) numbers. Porting typically takes 5–10 working days and is included free of charge.
Where are the calls routed through?
Bangladesh-bound calls go through BTRC-licensed IGW partners (Link3, AmberIT, Fiber@Home). International calls route via tier-1 carriers (Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx) for best quality and lowest latency.
How are outbound calls billed?
Outbound minutes are billed at carrier rates (per-minute, per-second billing). Local Bangladesh: ~Tk 0.30/min. US/UK: ~$0.01/min. Full rate sheet available on request — typically 30–60% cheaper than traditional landline operators.
How long does setup take?
Standard PBX setup takes 24 hours: provisioning, IVR configuration, extension setup, and softphone deployment for your team. Number porting (if any) takes additional 5–10 days.
Can I integrate with my CRM?
Yes — out-of-the-box integrations with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, and Freshdesk. Custom CRM integration available via REST API.
