Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, mobile applications and services operated by Next Event Technologies ("NexEvent.tech", "we", "us", "our"), including Clinexa and NexPOS (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

NexEvent.tech is a software studio registered in Bangladesh under Trade License No. 1230050817 (Sylhet City Corporation), with registered address Al Falah Complex, Lal Bazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh. We build custom software and operate our own SaaS products, including Clinexa (hospital & diagnostic software) and NexPOS (point-of-sale software for retail & wholesale shops).

2. Accounts & subscriptions

• Some Services (e.g. Clinexa, NexPOS) are offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly or yearly as selected at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
• We may suspend access if a subscription payment fails or lapses, after any grace period stated in-product, until payment is resolved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, reselling access without our written consent, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your data

Data you enter into Clinexa, NexPOS, or other Services (e.g. patient records, sales/customer data) remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you input.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz, and/or other payment methods we make available (including manual bKash reconciliation where applicable). We do not store your full card or mobile-banking credentials — these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner under their own security and compliance standards.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. Support is available via the contact details below.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexEvent.tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
